Get startedFounded in 2008 within a software engineering group, WOW24-7 was built to deliver customer support that is efficient, empathetic, and continuously improving. In 2016, we became an independent provider, transforming that internal capability into a scalable global operating model.
Today, WOW24-7 Experience Centers are designed to predict contact volume, prevent escalations, and improve CX outcomes. More than a traditional BPO, we combine Six Sigma process discipline, automation and AI, right-shored 24/7 operations, and full transparency—so customer service doesn’t just react, it compounds efficiency and value over time. CX. Done right.

We keep all data safe & secure by following strict guidelines of GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 9001, PCI DSS.
From the first month in service you will be

Each project is supported by an Onboarding Manager, Delivery Team Lead, Quality Assurance Manager, Recruitment Team Lead, HR Manager, and a Customer Success Manager.
Three tiers, split by what the issue touches. Frontline (basic): purchase guidance, device setup and onboarding, order and shipping, questions, and account issues. The first tier may include designing and deploying the automation & AI layer with month-to-month management. L1 technical: guided troubleshooting for the common failure surface - connectivity and pairing problems, app-device sync, firmware update guidance, configuration, and compatibility questions. L2 technical: complex troubleshooting with structured issue isolation (device fault vs app bug vs network environment), log analysis for root-cause investigation, RAID/NAS diagnostics and firmware update support where
relevant, component-failure escalation with documentation your engineers can act on, warranty management and return analysis to identify systematic hardware issues, and custom-solution inquiries. What stays with you: firmware development, hardware engineering decisions, and warranty policy - outsourced teams execute your warranty rules; they don’t set them. Our delivery is reinforced with shared live dashboards surfacing key performance metrics, predictive CSAT scoring, 100% QA results (automated and manual layer), 100% Voice-of-Customer analytics for positive business value impact. All communication channels available, including customer guidance via video.
It makes sense when: devices sell into multiple time zones, multiple geographies with different language requirements, and “the device is offline” cannot wait for your business hours (our clients examples: thermal sensors fail at a hospital storage facilities, or railway seismic meters lose connectivity); support volume scales with units shipped while your team scales with funding rounds; seasonal peaks (cyber Mondays, holiday gifting, product launches, marketing campaigns, your internal systems misfire all at once) overwhelm a small in-house team; automation and AI pressure from the Board without proper resource allocation; cost pressure; or most common - engineers are answering low-value questions. It makes less sense when: your product is early stage; product, process, and knowledge are not properly documented; every support ticket is product feedback you need to hear raw; your volume is a handful of tickets a day (the management overhead outweighs the relief); or issues routinely require physical device access and lab diagnosis that a remote team cannot perform. The honest middle path many hardware & IoT companies choose: outsource frontline and L1 triage first, automate what’s possible with or without our help, keep L2 in-house, then expand the boundary as the outsourced team’s resolution data proves out.
Remote hardware support runs on three assets. First, an AI-enabled decision-tree knowledge base built from your documentation and real ticket history: symptom → isolation steps → resolution or escalation. Knowledge base gaps are covered over time by using advanced AI knowledge tools. The human agents can also be augmented with an AI-copilot for precise workflow and decision tree adherence, and recommended steps. Second, technically recruited agents - current delivery teams work with log analysis for root-cause investigation, API and data-synchronization troubleshooting, network and connectivity diagnosis, RAID health interpretation and NAS diagnostics, and firmware update guidance - skills verified in production programs for hardware clients, not aspirational. Third, remote diagnostics: your device-management dashboards where you grant access, app logs, and video sessions with the customer when guided visual inspection is needed. The honest limit: issues requiring physical lab diagnosis are escalation cases by design; the goal of remote L1/L2 is to resolve everything that isn’t, and to document what is, so your engineers receive investigated cases. We also recommend shipping some of your hardware examples to the WOW24-7 Experience Center so the agents can manually engage with the actual product during training and later on (our centers are located in the USA, Colombia, Bulgaria, Portugal, Ukraine, and the Philippines).
Yes, with the honesty that they are different disciplines. Consumer IoT is high-volume, empathy-heavy, and dominated by setup, app, and connectivity issues; B2B fleets are lower-volume, higher-stakes, and SLA-driven, often with named contacts, contractual response times per severity, and audit-ready documentation requirements. WOW24-7’s deepest hardware experience is on the B2B and professional-device side — current and named clients include DwyerOmega (industrial sensing and monitoring), SensoScientific (environmental monitoring hardware), Volumental (retail 3D-scanning hardware), xxxxx Technology (storage systems, under NDA), Sneed Coding (industrial labeling & printing systems), alongside consumer-electronics retail programs like Lucyd Eyewear, KlydoClock, and many others. Hardware support is deliberately a low-volume, high-stickiness practice here: per-account ticket volumes are modest, but the work is technical, multilingual, and long-tenured. If you run a consumer gadget brand with six-figure monthly volumes, probe any vendor’s consumer-scale evidence specifically - B2B excellence does not automatically transfer.
The standard six-stage onboarding applies - discovery, recruitment against your technical profile (you approve CVs), training, system integration, piloted go-live, stabilization with weekly reviews. Honest timelines: shared triage capacity in roughly 2–3 weeks; a dedicated hardware-support team typically 4–6 weeks and longer for complex multi-product programs — hardware training is precisely where compressing the schedule backfires. The training phase carries extra weight: agents work through your device documentation, setup flows, and known issue history, and the knowledge base is structured around issue isolation (device vs app vs connectivity vs user environment) before day one. Escalation design also matters more than in pure software: the SLA defines what a complete escalation to your engineering team contains - serial number, firmware version, environment, reproduction attempts -
so your engineers receive investigated cases, not raw complaints. Have your documentation, FAQ history, and a product expert available at kickoff; hardware programs live or die on knowledge transfer quality.
The standard set applies - first response time, CSAT, first-contact resolution, escalation rate, SLA compliance - but two hardware-specific metrics deserve first-class status. First: technical resolution rate without RMA. Every device issue resolved remotely instead of being returned protects the margin, logistics cost, and review scores; it is the single best measure of whether L1 troubleshooting is actually working. Second: escalation quality, not just quantity — the percentage of escalations your engineers can act on without going back for more information. Review return-reason analytics quarterly: an outsourced team touching every customer conversation sits on the best early-warning dataset you have for firmware regressions and batch defects, and a good vendor turns that into Voice-of-Customer reporting rather than keeping it buried in tickets. WOW24-7 uses enterprise-grade 100% VOC analytics tools that contextually understand 100% of all interactions across all communication channels.
Shared teams (tech-savvy 5–6 agents with a Team Leader simultaneously working across 2–5 accounts, 24/7 coverage in shifts by default) suit IoT & hardware product companies with low contact volume (up to 2,000 monthly interactions), and well-documented setup flows - you get around-the-clock first response without paying for overnight idle time. Dedicated agents and teams are justified when product complexity requires deep, current device knowledge (multiproduct lines, frequent firmware releases, B2B fleets with contractual SLAs), when volume fills full-time seats, or when your escalation workflow demands agents embedded in your engineering cadence. The failure mode to avoid: putting a complex hardware catalog on a shared team because it’s cheaper - knowledge depth is the binding constraint in hardware support (even if the L1 team is augmented with AI co-pilot and AI-assistance), and shared agents splitting attention across five accounts cannot hold a 40-SKU
device matrix in working memory. Start shared only if your L1 is genuinely simple; otherwise dedicate a core and use shared capacity for simpler Tier 1 and overflow. SMBs often opt for 24/7 Tier 1 Technical Shared Team and layer this set up with one or more Dedicated agents. Larger organizations opt for T1+T2 Dedicated Teams from the start.
