relevant, component-failure escalation with documentation your engineers can act on, warranty management and return analysis to identify systematic hardware issues, and custom-solution inquiries. What stays with you: firmware development, hardware engineering decisions, and warranty policy - outsourced teams execute your warranty rules; they don’t set them. Our delivery is reinforced with shared live dashboards surfacing key performance metrics, predictive CSAT scoring, 100% QA results (automated and manual layer), 100% Voice-of-Customer analytics for positive business value impact. Consumer IoT is high-volume, empathy-heavy, and dominated by setup, app, and connectivity issues; B2B fleets are lower-volume, higher-stakes, and SLA-driven, often with named contacts, contractual response times per severity, and audit-ready documentation requirements.
