These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes must be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

WOW24-7 does not serve, support, or engage in business relationships with any organization, entity, or individual that:

  • is subject to any restrictive measures (sanctions) imposed by international or national competent authorities, including where such sanctions apply to any of its directors, members, or shareholders;
  • is organized, located, or resident in a sanctioned country or territory, as determined by WOW24-7. The current list includes Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and may be updated or expanded by WOW24-7.

WOW24-7 does not permit the use of its Website, services, or customer support agents to support, serve, contact, or otherwise engage with any customer, user, or account associated with a sanctioned country or territory.
